Description of Service
Segue is a free vocabulary learning application that provides:
- Curated vocabulary collections
- Interactive flashcards
- Multiple-choice quizzes
- Speed typing practice
- Progress tracking
User Responsibilities
As a user of Segue, you agree to:
- Use the application for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the application
- Not attempt to access data or features you are not authorized to use
Intellectual Property
The Segue application, including its design, code, and curated vocabulary content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Data Storage
Your vocabulary lists and progress are stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to preserve. Clearing your browser data will permanently delete your progress and custom word lists.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Segue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The application will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The application is free of viruses or other harmful components
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Segue or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
